Jim and John Hanlon, raised in a musical household by the sea in Canso, Nova Scotia, transitioned from family singsongs to pub stages as O’Hanlon. Following careers in the fishery, they return to stages sharing their deep repertoire and harmonies. Jim, a prolific songwriter, has released four recordings showcasing John’s vocal and instrumental talents. Great nephew Pete Lumsden, known for his pop-folk style, opens the show, adding to the family-rooted folk and traditional Irish music experience. Pete will be joined by his dad Chris, a major influence and a frequent collaborator.

This is complimentary show hosted by the town of Pictou. Donations are welcome and can be made while purchasing tickets, or a cash donation can be made at the door the night of the performance.
